I think they're fabulous flower buckets.

I personally think they would be really cute on a window display with either fresh or even paper flowers!!

Could they be milking buckets? Kathie L in Allentown

I'd go for flower pails too - I'd have said milk pails but no handles.

I think they are from a florist or maybe even blueberry pails?

Love your teal metal containers...I think you should add some decor...beautiful fabric, greenery, something floral, an interesting piece of architecture...to make them pop!

I'm an official follower of your blog, and like you on FB. Hmmm - are they for displaying flowers at a florist's?

Could they be for collecting maple syrup from maple trees? I love the color! Thanks for the opportunity to win some beautiful fabrics!

Great colour!
Are they for collecting the syrup from sugar maple trees??

Maple syrup buckets? Love the teal color :)

With your clue I guess they are used to collect maple syrup :D

Hmmmmm. They seem to have a bit of a pour spout, so I'm going to go with sap buckets. They are very cool looking - maybe even better with some fabric coming out of them - if they weren't up on top of the cabinet! :D
They would also make some awesome sand castles....

They look like those buckets that are hooked to maple trees to collect sap for syrup. They look too small for turpentine buckets. What do I know - we don't collect for maple syrup in Florida! Plus, we never used this kind of container to milk our cows.
I would use them to hold sewing supplies and markers.

I started to say they were for pouring pancake batter on the griddle at some huge pancake house, after I saw your hint! LOL I guess I'll have to agree with those who say they're for syrup, but I don't quite get how they'd be attached to the maple tree? No handle!
They're a lovely color, anyway!
