Mine is Set Cherry JEll-O salad, made with Cherry pie filing, and topped with a Whipped cream/marshmallow/cream cheese topping. You inspired me to share it on my blog!

I love strawberry pretzel salad for the holiday. It is cool and refreshing and it could be used as a dessert if needed!

Shredded cabbage and thinly sliced sweet red pepper with a red wine vinaigrette made with mustard, crushed garlic clove and chopped fresh thyme. Great with meats from the grill.
Happy weekend,

I always get rave reviews on my potato salad (my mom's recipe) but this year I added a 'Greek' pasta salad with feta, raw spinach, red onion, olives, seedless cucumber & grape tomatoes & Trader Joes Greek dressing. A new tradition is born! :>)

I don't usually make a salad, I buy my potato salad. I do make a fruit bowl with strawberries, blue berries, watermelon, cantaloupe, and honey dew melon.

Gotta have potato salad! It is different every time I make it, just like my meatloaf. :)

My favourite salad is just leaf lettuce with sliced unpeeled apples, candied pecans, feta and a lemon poppyseed dressing. It's always delicious.

My favorite summer salad is baby greens with strawberries, cucumbers, Caramelized pecans, tomatoes, mango or blueberries if I have them, with a raspberry vinaigrette.

I might be the most boring salad eater ever. I like to have iceburg and diced tomatoes and sliced black olives and julienned onions of any sort, with ranch. I'll try to not be too embarrassed, I mean I do add sprouts if I do the same salad at the salad bar ;)
