White Wicker - and being 14 again...

White wicker.
It just reminds me of being 14 and having my own room.
I have had these chairs in storage for....well....a long time.

Oh, wait, what's that I see.
Primer and black paint?????

Yup.
Old fashioned antique black wicker
on a modern silhouette?
With that - oh, that color red/orange/terracotta chinoiserie color of....with black?
Stay tuned for the final interiors photo - you're gonna love it.
and.
Here are the cushions...

Hey.
A girl has gotta do what a girl has gotta do!
One can't stay 14 forever, no matter how hard we try.
One day we gotta grow out of it.
Or as that fabulous Jeff Silbar song lyric goes,
"Get over it...you know life is to long to go on like this..."

Stay tuned.

Don't be shy - - visit your local hardware store.
They are a wealth of knowledge. I went from white wicker to dark grey PRIMER to black double coverage - and semi gloss before full shine gloss (and glad I did). Someone also told me about a new 'plasticized paint' (don't know if that's the correct term) but it is a great new product for exterior use....Be brave. BeginAgain.
